In the event that your application for admission is declined (e.g., the documents provided do not demonstrate your status as a performing artist), we will issue a full refund of the €15 admission fee by crediting the amount directly to the bank account used for the transaction, provided the payment card has not expired.
If this is not possible, the refund will be issued by cheque.
