How to recover my activation code?

You are a performer (1) and have created your account but have not received a payment slip since March 2015 with your activation code?

Adressez un message à partir de votre espace personnel « mon compte » rubrique messages en nous communiquant vos coordonnées téléphoniques et la copie/photos de votre pièce d’identité (carte nationale d’identité recto-verso ou passeport recto).

Send a message from your personal space in “my account” section, by sending us your telephone number and the copy / photos of your identity document (double-sided national identity card or one-sided passport).

One of our Performers department agent will contact you within 48 hours maximum to confirm your identity (Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 17:30).

(1) Third parties with or without a mandate may not attempt to reconcile and / or connect to an artist’s personal space. In order to preserve personal information, artists who have entrusted a mandate to a third party will not see a reconciliation code on payment slips issued since March 2015.

How to do if my code of activation does not work?

My activation code does not work!

If you read on your payment slip a crossed out Ø, this is a typographical convention used to differentiate the digit 0 from the letter O, whose appearance is close. The zero is therefore marked with a diagonal bar Ø. If you see this character among the reconciliation code, you must enter the digit zero and not the letter O. The number 1 (one) that we take for the letter L or l.

What if I confirmed my identity on a different email address?

Sometimes memory fails us and we forgot that we have already proceeded to the confirmation of identity using another email address. Of course, for reasons of security and confidentiality, it is not possible to confirm the identity of an account already close. The simple way to check it is to do the following:

  1. Go to the login problems page,
  2. Check “I forgot my password”,
  3. Enter one of your other email addresses,

If the message is “unknown email”, check with another address. However, if the following message appears on the screen, “password reset, a password reset email was sent to you,” simply go to your inbox and reset your password (remember to check out spam if you do not see our message). Once done, you can log in using the “right” email address and password you just entered.

What banking information is needed for an account abroad?

Bank account details (RIB) for bank accounts domiciled in the SEPA * zone (France and other countries):

How to update my bank details?

Enter your bank details from your account (personal space). 4 The following information is mandatory and included in your bank account provided by your bank:

  • Account holder *: Name (s) and first name (s)
  • SWIFT code / BIC (Bank Identifier Code): 8 or 11 characters (no less, no more)
  • IBAN (International Bank Account Number): Between 14 and 34 characters depending on the country (do not enter spaces between numbers or dashes and / or special characters)
  • Domiciliation: Example LCL Paris (name of Bank + city)

A French IBAN necessarily consists of 27 characters (alphanumeric) and is composed as follows:

How to update my personal information?

To update your personal information and / or postal, tax and / or bank details, log in to your personal account. Click on “Artist Page” from the menu. Then simply click on one of the topics (see below) to access the desired content. If you find information that is out of date, incomplete or incorrect, you can update it by clicking on “edit” (bottom right of each block).

The sections available from “Artist Page” of your “My Account” personal space are:

  • Identity (Name, first names, nationality …)
  • Contact information (postal, tax, telephone …)
  • Bank details

Why update my bank details?

The payment of rights / remunerations is paid by bank transfer only. The update of your bank details must be made at least 20 days before each end of the month of distribution (see calendar here). If the update occurs after this minimum period, any rights / remunerations will be paid during the next distribution.

Example: for a distribution of rights in March, the update of bank details must be registered from your account before March 10th.

Rights from abroad

How to check and modify the management of rights from abroad entrusted to Adami?
  1. Log in to your personal spacemy account“,
  2. Once logged in, click in the menu on “artist page” and then “international rights” (last block of the page)
  3. Check the mandate you have entrusted to us,
  4. Click on “Edit Territories” and then on the territory (s) you wish to edit. To do this, you need to check or uncheck the selected boxes.

How long is the modification taken into account?
  • Addition of territory (ies) and / or rights / remunerations = immediate effect (provided that you have not entrusted the same territories and rights / remunerations to other organizations).
  • Withdrawal (s) of territory (s) and / or rights / remuneration = 6 months from the request for modification from your personal space.

My mandates

How to entrust to a third party a mandate or power of attorney?

You are a performer, or his/her inheritor, and you wish to entrust a third-party (individual or legal entity) with a proxy / power of attorney in order to consult, declare or collect payments related to your rights ? In this case, the steps to follow are :

1- Click on the button below in order to download the Agency Agreement / Power of attorney PDF form, according to your situation.

  • You are an artist  > Download mandate “artist”
  • You are an heir   > Download mandate “heir”
  • Complete, paraph, sign (with electronic or handwritten signature) respectively the mandate (the artist or his/her heir = the Principal and the designated representative = the Mandator) and necessarily attach the following documents (1):
    • A photocopy of the valid identity card or passport of the artist AND the designated representative, in the case where the designated representative is a company:
      • a certified copy of the company registration and the designation of the legal representative (example excerpt trade register);
      • an original letter of appointment of the person authorized to sign the Mandate / Proxy on behalf of the company, or any official document certifying if it is not the legal representative;
      • (if available) a copy of the previously signed mandate between the artist (or his / her heir) and the designated representative.
      • In the case of a payment mandate, the bank statement of the Principal t and the Mandator.

What are the advantages of electronic signatures?

No paper, shorter processing times while maintaining the security of the information of the parties (performers and third parties). In this way, we participate a little more in sustainable development. In two words: Pragmatism and security!

What are the prerequisites for the electronic signature?

You are free to use the technical solution of your choice. However, it must comply with the eIDAS (3) regulation (Yousign, Docusign, CertEurope, etc.). Similarly, the document must contain technical information (IP addresses, etc.) and personal information (surname, first name, email address, etc.) relating to the signature process and the signatories.


(1) Depending on the situation you are in, additional documents may be required.

(2) Regardless of the mandate entrusted to a third party by an artist or his heir, the agent will not be able to create or access the online personal space of the client. The proxy will not be able to participate nor vote in the Instances of the company (general assembly for example), these rights being strictly personal to the artist / heir.

What is a power of attorney?

By this power of attorney, the performer authorizes the Proxy to:

  • obtain from ADAMI any information and copies of any documents that it may obtain directly from ADAMI concerning remuneration distributed by ADAMI, whatever their source, including for periods of rights prior to the conclusion of this mandate;
  • present any claim, in his name and on his behalf, regarding the remuneration.
